Ingredients

Glaze (optional)

  • 1 tbsp date nectar
  • 1 tbsp English mustard

Directions

  • Heat oven to 180°C.

  • In a medium bowl combine the date nectar and English mustard.

  • Toss each pig in blanket in glaze, until well coated. (Optional — skip this step if you want to leave them plain, which is just as tasty.)

  • Place pigs in blanket on oven tray.

  • Cook until golden brown, approx. 30 minutes.
